8. Jeff Jarrett And Owen Hart Bonded Over Being Second Generation
To this day, Jeff Jarrett is still asked about what it was like teaming and working with the late, great Owen Hart. Ever since Hart's untimely death in 1999, wrestling fans have wondered just what would have become of his career had he not tragically passed away. In Jarrett's mind, it was always a joy to work with Owen, but their relationship extended to behind the scenes as well as inside the ring. During an interview with 411Mania, the former WWF, WCW and TNA star told that he and Hart bonded straight away. Both had grown up in the pro wrestling industry, watching their fathers work and train many wrestlers. Due to the fact they were second generation performers, Jarrett and Owen Hart found they had a lot to talk about when travelling the roads as a tag-team. On the Owen Hart tribute episode of Monday Night Raw following Over The Edge 1999, Jarrett was visibly upset over what had happened to his friend the night before. Unable to stop tears from filling his eyes, the man now claims he had a complete blast working with Owen as a duo, but their relationship was far more than simply an on screen alliance.
