Cody Rhodes baffled a lot of people by recently returning to WWE television under the guise of Stardust. In the wake of his father, the 'American Dream' Dusty Rhodes, passing away, many felt Cody would revert back to a more realistic persona. To date, that hasn't happened, and the man has instead made a record no wrestler wants.

Losing to Neville on this past week's episode of WWE Smackdown, Stardust has now lost 100 televised matches. That's a lot of jobs, but there are those who feel this will all lead to the abandonment of the face-paint and a renewed focus for Rhodes. There's a story to be told in the aftermath of his dad's death, that much is for sure.

The 100 number only takes into account singles matches, meaning Stardust has stared at the ceiling more times in tag-team affairs. Since his debut on WWE TV, Rhodes has often been on the losing end, and hasn't really been able to stamp his mark on the main event scene. There are hopes that should be drop the Stardust gimmick, he would fare a little better.
