10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week

4. Scott Hall Rarely Slept During WWF Run

The trials and tribulations surrounding Scott Hall's adult life have been written about at great length. Bursting onto the WWF scene as 'Razor Ramon' in 1992, Hall would go on to become one of the most popular characters in the entire federation. From there, he'd be part of the initial nWo faction in WCW, which is really regarded as his last major contribution to the industry. Personal problems with drugs and alcohol have dominated headlines involving Scott Hall since the late-90's. These troubles have very much overshadowed his wrestling career, but the man seems to be getting things back on track as of late. A fascinating interview guest, Hall told this week that he didn't really rest during his time in the WWF, as he was always seeking the next thrill. After matches, Hall would take Xanax pills to help him 'come down' from the buzz of performing in front of sell out crowds. Sleep didn't come easy, so the man didn't even try, more often than not. Apparently, Scott Hall did most of his sleeping when he passed out on planes, which is incredible. How the man managed to maintain such an excellent physique and high performance level is astounding.
