Caught up in the storm of the 'Monday Night War' between WWF Raw and WCW Nitro, the redubbed Madusa hurled her WWF Women's Title into the trash on live television and made a bold statement of defiance against Vince McMahon.

Previously known as Alundra Blayze under the McMahon umbrella, the renegade female would be welcomed back into the WWE fold and inducted into the promotion's Hall Of Fame in 2015. It was there that Blayze bumped into Vince for the first time in 20 years.

On Bill Apter's 'Is Wrestling Fixed?' podcast, the Hall Of Famer remembered rehearsing her speech on the podium before the event. Suddenly, she was approached by McMahon, who offered up a hug to his former champion.

Left speechless, Alundra hugged back and told Vince she was sorry for doing what she had on WCW television in 1995. Crying when she heard McMahon's response, the celebrated wrestler couldn't believe that Vince told her it was alright, and she said the moment was "amazing" for both.
