At some point between 2002-2005 when both were on WWE's payroll at the same time, Stacy Keibler approached her old WCW boss Eric Bischoff with a question. In quite the personal quandary and unsure whether or not it'd get her heat from well-meaning family members or cause them embarrassment, Stacy wanted to know if Bischoff believed she should pose nude for Playboy.

After taking a moment to digest what he was hearing, Eric, who again shared this story on his '83 Weeks' show, said he told Keibler to think carefully. Sure, she'd make a lot of money from posing and might even get some fun out of it, but it probably wouldn't be worth it, if her mother or father were left disappointed.

That was all Stacy needed to hear. A short while later, she told WWE and Playboy she wasn't interested, and she'd never pose for the magazine. Bischoff's comments about her family had been the deciding factor. Keibler didn't want to upset her protective father, and she'd been having her own doubts about the spread anyway.
