7. Mick Foley Personally Praised Charlotte After Match

Already, the momentum of Charlotte has cooled a little in WWE. Called up from NXT in the Summer of 2015, the current Divas Champion initially portrayed a clean cut babyface. Recently, the creative team have penned some more villainous aspects to her character, playing off the fact that her father is 'Nature Boy' Ric Flair. Despite some misgivings regarding her character, Charlotte is still considered a good in-ring talent capable of working awesome matches. In NXT, she earned huge plaudits for her performances between the ropes. It wasn't only fans who praised her work, several wrestling legends did too. Writing to fans on Facebook, Mick Foley reminisced about personally congratulating Charlotte after one NXT match. At NXT TakeOver in May, 2014, Charlotte defended the NXT Women's Title against Natalya. Going over 15 minutes, both women put in quite the shift. Behind the curtain, Foley approached Charlotte to tell her how proud he was of her performance. Later, Charlotte text Mick to let him know how much his words had meant to her.
