When she's not beating the living sh*t out of her co-workers with a crutch on pay-per-view, Becky Lynch is seeking any and all ways to improve her work. That's why she randomly approached Jerry 'The King' Lawler and asked if he'd help her throw better worked punches. Lawler, who was shocked, was also touched by the request.

'King' laid this story out on his 'Dinner With The King' pod.

The Memphis legend couldn't believe it when Lynch ran up to him and said she'd been watching old tapes of his work on YouTube for the "past few weeks". Then, she specifically pointed out that his punches looked damn real, and she wanted to know how she could mimic them. Lawler was only too happy to oblige.

He said he always tried to keep his fist loose so that when he struck the guy he was working with it wouldn't knock them out. Instead, his hand would act as a shock absorber. The same went for his wrist; Lawler would let it flop upon contact.
