Everybody likes to imagine that Vincent Kennedy McMahon takes some sick pleasure in undermining his employees, yelling, "You're Fired" at everyone within earshot and generally acting like an out-of-touch millionaire. According to Roman Reigns on CBS Sports, the truth is quite different.

"I don’t care if you’re the greatest wrestler in the world. I don’t even care if you’re the most charismatic talker in the world, but I do care if you’re a good person and I think that’s all that matters."

That's a direct quote Reigns claims McMahon said to him privately several years ago, and it doesn't quite sound like the evil, money-grabbing boss Vince has been painted as over the years. The talk inspired Roman to become a better role model, and it's one he said McMahon tries to have with all of his superstars.

It's up to them if they want to listen. Reigns did, and he says relationships in his life have been healthier ever since.
