Apparently seeing the man as possessing some kind of Midas Touch, the WWE creative team shoved Paul Heyman into on screen relationships with guys like Curtis Axel, Cesaro and Ryback several years ago. None of these associations worked out the way WWE wanted - mainly because Brock Lesnar and CM Punk (Heyman's other clients) were the clear focus.

This is something an infuriated Ryback realised when he was still being managed by Heyman on television, and the 'Big Guy' told The Ross Report this past week how he sat his manager down in the United Kingdom for an extensive grilling in 2013.

Sitting at a bar in England during a WWE tour, the irate Ryback let Heyman buy him endless beers as he effectively a cut a two-hour promo on the former ECW boss and admonished him for spending more time with CM Punk.

Much to Ryback's amusement, a flustered Punk continually paced back and forth as he watched his real-life friend (Heyman) sit and listen to the lecture. Ryback also told Jim Ross that Punk wanted to do something about it, but he knew better than to interrupt.
