10 Wrestling Facts We Didn’t Know Last Week (Jan 29)

8. Bret Hart Doesn't Think Vince McMahon Has Made A Difference To TV

Over the years, Bret 'Hitman' Hart hasn't exactly been complimentary to Triple H or WWE's business methods. Even when he was still part of the company the first time around in 1997, Hart felt things were going in a direction he didn't agree with. That has continued to this day, with Vince McMahon being the latest to raise Bret's ire. McMahon recently returned to WWE television in an attempt to stop the ratings from sagging and add some much-needed star power to the weekly programming. His part in the feud against Roman Reigns appears to have peaked by virtue of Triple H becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champion at the Royal Rumble. That said, McMahon will likely continue to be featured right up until after WrestleMania. Hart's words to Wrestlezone Radio this past week make it clear he doesn't think this is a positive for WWE right now. Bret thinks that Vince hasn't been great during his most recent appearances, and also hasn't really made a difference to the problems facing the promotion right now.
