Like a merchandising machine, John Cena regularly wheels out new t-shirts for fans to buy by the truckload every few months. There was a joke going around on social media just a few years ago that Cena would someday run out of colours to print, such was the incredible volume of new merch coming out.

Seemingly content with his role as a veteran that doesn't always need to be on the top of the cards, Cena also stated during an interview with ABC News this week that he actually designs all of his own merchandise himself. The entire process is very much hands on as far as Cena goes.

That makes sense, because such a star would naturally want to ensure that merchandise associated with him cuts the mustard. From initial designs to colouring and even fonts, John Cena takes an awful lot to do with every t-shirt, wristband or hat that features his name or logo.

It's pretty cool to think of someone so established taking time out to really think about what would sell.
