Knee injuries suffered by Seth Rollins in November, 2015 and January, 2017 caused him to miss one WrestleMania and threatened his appearance at another. During the first layoff, Seth repeated during interviews that he would be stronger upon returning. That wasn't the case during his second injury.

Chatting with ESPN, Rollins admitted that his in-ring confidence has been rocked by the injury relapse, then revealed just how low he felt when on crutches earlier this year. Totally unsure whether or not he'd be able to make a WWE comeback or be able to go at full speed, Seth doubted he'd be the same performer ever again.

Since, Rollins has returned to a full-time schedule with WWE, but the second knee injury forced him to rethink his in-ring style. To this day, Rollins isn't 100% confident and is still working on building back up his fearlessness as a performer.
