Kevin Owens wanted to smash something following WrestleMania 33. We've written before how Vince McMahon told both KO and Chris Jericho that he wasn't happy with their United States Title match on the show, but Owens has shed new light on his thoughts and feelings via Lilian Garcia's 'Chasing Glory' podcast.

After 'Mania in 2017, Kevin's entire approach to life in the company changed, and he's still figuring it out in 2019.

Listening to Owens talk about that night is equal parts sad and fascinating. The feedback he received rocked him to the point that he started to question his work and how to give WWE the matches they wanted. He became consumed by the thought of "finding it" and rekindling the form that he had between 2014-2017.

KO admits he hasn't found what he's looking for yet. That seems terribly harsh considering the fine work he did with Shane McMahon and AJ Styles a few years ago. Did Vinnie Mac knock Owens' confidence beyond repair? His words obviously altered the man's approach and made him doubt himself.
