Whenever Bray Wyatt is interviewed, there's a sense that he's aware of his current WWE persona. Due to that, he rarely opens up too much to let people into the man behind the Wyatt character, stifling some of his media appearances. Thankfully, that wasn't totally the case when he spoke with ESPN this week.

Bray even took some time out to chat about the NFL and other subjects, but most of the interview obviously focused on wrestling. In the midst of the chatter, Wyatt revealed that Jake 'The Snake' Roberts was his favourite ever performer.

There are clear comparisons between the two men, and many have cited the obvious influence of Jake Roberts on Bray Wyatt's current guise. His hushed style of promos and emphasis on eye contact hark back to the glory days of Jake's career, and it seems that gripped Wyatt when he was growing up watching the WWF.

In interviews before, Bray has stated his admiration for guys like Roberts, but he never outright said who his favourite ever was. Now, people know that it's Jake.
