10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week (June 5)
2. Hulk Hogan Wants Retirement Match At 'Mania 32
During his stay in TNA, it seemed like a week couldn't go by without Hulk Hogan discussing his desire to return to the ring for "one more match". That attitude and mindset seems to have extended into his latest WWE tenure - Hogan has once again been talking up the possibility of him returning to the ring for a grand farewell to his incredible career. Speaking candidly to reporters during a media appearance this week, the Hulkster revealed he has been talking to Vince McMahon about having a retirement match at WrestleMania 32, but only if he can stay healthy. Let's face it, Hogan's body has given way to all the punishment suffered from years inside the ring, so it's not looking likely, but would anyone begrudge him one last WWE match? The big question is perhaps not whether or not Hulk could compete again, it's exactly who he would face? Realistically, few would buy into Hulk Hogan vs. Brock Lesnar, for example, unless the match was marketed in genius fashion. Other alternatives would be John Cena, The Undertaker or maybe even Triple H, but again those are long shots.
