Bray Wyatt's WWE Title win at Elimination Chamber was unexpected, but worked a treat; that John Cena's record-matching 16th stint with the top gold was cut short right before WrestleMania came as a surprise to many, and it also helped that Wyatt was put over strongly, pinning both Cena and AJ Styles.

Absolutely exhausted from the moment of celebration inside the ring, the passionate Wyatt found it difficult to soak up praise behind the curtain.

Speaking to The Mirror, the new WWE Champ said that even his father (formerly known as IRS in the then-WWF) couldn't break through to him. Even though he appreciated the gesture of congratulations from everyone, Wyatt said during the interview that he just wanted to be by himself post-victory.

Admitting that he doesn't take compliments very well at all to begin with, the fatigue and emotion of the moment meant he just fancied some alone time after winning the titular match.
