2. Y2J Advises Daniel Bryan Takes A Year Or Two Out

When Daniel Bryan appeared on Monday Night Raw recently and vacated the Intercontinental Title, it was a sad moment in the career of one of wrestling's most talented workhorses. Even more upsetting is the fact that this is the second time Bryan has had to vacate a major title in WWE, giving up the IC belt due to injury just as he had the WWE Title one year beforehand. Speaking candidly on the subject, Chris Jericho remarked recently that he's a huge Daniel Bryan fan, and he too is upset to see his career take this path. Offering one suggestion, Y2J gave his opinion that Bryan should perhaps follow the lead of his mentor, Shawn Michaels, taking a year or so out of the ring to try and heal his body, coming back stronger. Jericho notes that there's no end to the things that Bryan could keep busy doing in WWE whilst he's not wrestling full-time, such as training, commentating and helping out with creative decisions. After finally overcoming the system and forcing his way into the hearts of fans, it's tragic that Bryan may have to kiss goodbye to the spotlight for a while, but Jericho could have a point.
