10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week (May 22)

3. Virgil Is Charging People For Twitter Follows

Maybe TNA could learn a thing or two from the entrepreneurial skills of one Mike 'Virgil' Jones, who has apparently started looking to charge fans if he is to follow them back on Twitter. This represents a new low for the one-time WWF and WCW star, who has been shown time and time again setting up autograph stands in public places, all to try and make a quick buck. The cost of having Jones follow you back on the social media service is as high as $20, which is really quite ridiculous, but there have been pictures posted online showing screenshots of him saying such. When there's even an entire page on Tumblr dedicated to how lonely your signing stand is, you know it's probably time to make some changes in your life. It's pretty sad to see a former WWF Superstar acting in this manner, it reeks of desperation. Going further, Jones has even advertised him one-time on-screen associate, 'Million Dollar Man' Ted DiBiase will be there with him for signings, without even telling DiBiase that he's advertised.
