Recently returning to the fold following an extended period on the shelf through injury, Seth Rollins is hot news right now in WWE. For that very reason, he was chosen to guest on ESPN SportsCenter with former company announcer Jonathan Coachman. For the most part, the interview was standard fare.

There was one interesting piece of information to be gleaned from the chat however, and it involved AJ Styles. During Seth's absence, AJ has made his debut on WWE television and become a crucial part of the weekly product. In Seth's own words, that is hardly surprising, because Styles has always been talented.

Bringing up some matches they had on the independent circuit in the past, Rollins said he's very much looking forward to wrestling AJ in a WWE ring. Then, he stated that Styles has always been someone he's looked up to.

Specifically, Rollins used the word "idol" to describe AJ Styles, an incredibly flattering term. Seth didn't make his wrestling debut until 2005, a period during which AJ was tearing it up in TNA.

It would appear Seth was paying attention to that, patterning himself after Styles.
