At this stage in his career, Chris Jericho is not a performer that requires titles or glory to remain over with fans. Longevity is key to the Canadian's success, Jericho is very much an established veteran who is rarely harmed by losses on television. As a complement to Kevin Owens, Jericho is in his element right now.

Collectively known as JeriKO, Jericho and Owens are regularly a riot on Monday Night Raw each week. Strangely, the pair weren't even supposed to be a full-time unit, at least that's what Y2J said during an appearance on Sports Illustrated's 120 Sports. The union has been wholly organic.

Jericho seems to have a habit of this, some of his best stories have come about almost by accident. Comparing the idea of teaming with Kevin Owens to his cherished feuds against Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio (in 2008 and 2009 respectively), Jericho said he and KO just found something so magical that it's hard to put down.

It's difficult to argue that the JeriKO idea works. However, it is eye-opening to learn that it was never supposed to last beyond a few weeks.
