During an episode of Sitting Ringside with former WCW ring announcer David Penzer, ex-WCW star and creative team contributor the Disco Inferno revealed that Terry Taylor once pitched he become an evil architect called 'Bill Ding'. We're not joking, and Disco even said Taylor would take credit if asked today.

The character's catchphrases would be, "I've got plans for success" and, "I've got the foundations for winning". If you're sitting there thinking this is so WCW, you're probably justified, because Disco was also the one who (jokingly) pitched an idea for a character called The Invisible Man. Admittedly, his plan to shoot an empty locker room with the tag line "He's Coming Soon" is funny.

In a promotion stacked with horrible gimmicks like Hugh Morrus and Arachnaman, it's Bill Ding that takes the honours as the worst. Being a 70's inspired disco dancer was limited enough, but can you imagine if Inferno had played the architect gimmick during the late-90's?
