It's likely Eric Bischoff didn't have a lot of spare time to sit around reading when he was in charge of turning WCW into North American's top promotion. Surrounded by a wealth of stars like Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Lex Luger, Sting, Ric Flair and others, Bischoff was nonetheless open to ideas from talent on storylines and feuds.

That doesn't mean he expected to receive a 45-page far document from The Ultimate Warrior. That's right, Warrior actually sent that volume of content in one go to the WCW boss, and each page was bursting full of ideas. Bischoff told this story on his own Bischoff On Wrestling podcast and said he found the passion refreshing.

It also wasn't what he expected from a man who could have rested on his laurels. Warrior's WCW run wasn't a success in the end, but that wasn't through any lack of effort. Bischoff had already met with Warrior in Arizona, so he was stunned to find the document waiting for him at home when he returned.

'One Warrior Nation', 45 pages of ideas.
