10 Wrestling Gimmick Matches That Only Happened Once

4. Blindfold Steel Cage Match

TNA has gotten a lot wrong over the years, but by popular consent Lockdown - a pay-per-view on which every match takes place inside Six Sides of Steel - isn't one of them. In fact, it was almost always one of the best wrestling shows of the year.

That said, it's hard to ignore the toe-curling disaster that was Chris Harris versus James Storm at the 2007 edition of the event, a match notable for the fact that both men wrestled it with bags covering their heads.

Needless to say, as a spectacle, this wasn't particularly compelling. The duo spent most of the near-10-minute run-time grappling the air, and on what few occasions they did manage to get a hold of each other the moves were - for obvious reasons - slower and less impactful than usual.

All of that perhaps would have been forgivable if it was a mere undercard bout contested by, say, Tomko and Scott Steiner - but this was supposed to be a grudge match between the stars of America's Most Wanted. In other words, TNA split up its best tag team for this.
