We all knew going into Money in the Bank 2020 that the event's two titular ladder matches would be concluded on the roof of Titan Towers, but that didn't make it any less crazy to actually see this all play out. In fact, it was essentially one big ladder match with both the men's and women's MITB briefcases on offer, with the male and female competitors here both in action at the same time as one another as they raced to the roof of WWE Headquarters.

With WWE merely a matter of months into their pandemic-enforced empty arena days, the organisation decided to try something a little different with that year's Money in the Bank PPV. The majority of the card would indeed take place in the vacant confines of the Performance Center, but all of the aforementioned ladder shenanigans were set at Titan Towers, with the respective briefcases tantalisingly hanging from a structure on the building's roof.

It'd be Otis and Asuka who'd emerge victorious in claiming these briefcases, and the cinematic bout showcased various areas and rooms of WWE HQ that fans had never seen before. Bizarrely, we also had both Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black thrown from the Titan Towers roof to their apparent deaths by Baron Corbin.
