When: GCW Beyond The Limit (13 July 2007).

Big Abby was another who didn't f*ck around when it came to slicing and dicing himself and opponents in grisly hardcore matches across the lands.

On a 2007 indy show, Abdullah The Butcher wrestled Hannibal in a typically bloody affair that'd have typically costly consequences for the former. Years later, Devon Nicholson (Hannibal) took Abby to court and alleged that he'd contracted Hepatitis C from the big man. The judge agreed, and a $2.3 million suit went through.

Nicholson claimed his plans to sign for WWE were scuppered when they discovered the disease in 2009, and said Abdullah had carelessly sliced them both open using the same blade. Meanwhile, The Butcher said Nicholson was the promoter and he was only following orders given to him before the match.

What a mess. Literally.
