Owner of the worst worked punches and loosest triangle hold in pro wrestling he may be, but Shane McMahon has always been an entertaining crash test dummy.

While veering close to redundant in 2022, even as recently as 2019, he could work an enjoyable arena-wide brawl with The Miz and excel as a dirtbag against the Graveyard Dogs, though King of the Ring 2001's clash with Kurt Angle will always be his most critically revered bout.

Their Street Fight's most memorable moment is Angle belly-to-belly suplexing McMahon through a glass "KOR" panel. Unfortunately for the performers' bodies, that's where things went wrong. Whoever had prepared the glass hadn't gimmicked it to shatter on impact, meaning Angle's first attempt saw Shane's body bounce off the panel and land right on his head. They didn't give up, though. Angle suplexed McMahon through the pane on his second attempt. He then tried to put him through another, and again, the glass held firm.

Shane's body took a pounding, and these spots gone wrong not only helped put the Olympian over as a vicious, unrelenting bully, but also McMahon's ability to take a beating.
