10 Wrestling Talents That Were Immediately Buried By WWE

4. Raven

There will be an overriding theme with this list. Paul Heyman knew how to get the most out of his talent, and none was this more evident than Raven. For years, Raven was an enigmatic presence in ECW, and his aura carried over into WCW, where he was pushed as the leader of the Flock stable. Raven finally made it to the WWF in 2000. Unfortunately for Raven, he didn€™t nearly reach any of the heights he reached in the other two companies. He spent his tenure relegated to the Hardcore division, and when ECW joined the Alliance in 2001, he was pushed as a lower-card talent, while other guys like Rob Van Dam got the big push. When the brand extension happened in 2002, Raven actually lost a match with the stipulation that he could never appear on Raw again, so he spent his time relegated to Sunday Night Heat. He was released in early 2003.
