Yes, Vince McMahon does have a lot of great ideas. And someone who is forced to come up with as many concepts as he has over the course of a career is bound to strike out occasionally. But this one is not the result of an "off day." This is what happens when the head of a company slowly goes insane, but is too powerful for anyone to recommend a good psychologist.
Vince wanted a scene where Kane exposes his 3-foot prosthetic penis. He did not suggest this as a joke. He was very, very sincere in wanting viewers to take in the monster's...well, monster.
If you're asking yourself what a few seconds of enormous dong has to do with anything else at all in this slasher pic, then congratulations, you've yet to drown in your own lunacy. The same unfortunately cannot be said for Mr. McMahon.
