The biological brothers from North Carolina and the kayfabe, destructive brothers have never gone two-on-two. There have been some interesting twists of fate though.

Over the course of their careers, all four men have done battle with each other at some point. Both duos have faced their respective partners at WrestleMania as well as each other. One of the most notable exhibitions was when Jeff challenged Undertaker for the Undisputed title in a Ladder Match on 1 July 2002. Matt's younger brother was so close to becoming champion he was literally touching the belt.

The closest we got to this 'Team Extreme' dream match was on the go-home episode of RAW on 19 June 2000. Kane defeated both the scintillating siblings in a Two-On-One Handicap Match in the build up to King of the Ring.
