It's not exactly new to find strange things for wrestlers to feud over. There are so many feuds, and only so many logical reasons for two people to want to fight. In 1999, "strange" was taken to a brand new level with Al Snow and the Big Bossman. After having his mannequin head, Head, destroyed, Snow was looking for a new companion, and he found one in a chihuahua named Pepper. Al and Pepper were inseparable, but Big Bossman was far too dastardly to let that happen on his watch, so he would go on to kidnap Pepper. That's weird enough for pro wrestling, but it continued on. After not giving Pepper back like he said he would, Bossman invited Snow to his hotel room so that they could discuss the dog's return like men. In the room, Bossman would serve Snow a meal, which Al ate, only to find out that Bossman had killed Pepper, ground the body up, and used it to make the meal he just consumed. This was all bad enough, but the fact that it led to their Kennel From Hell match, which is one of the worst ideas of all-time (Hell In A Cell, with a bunch of "dangerous" dogs at ringside, who spent the whole match pooping and peeing on everything), made it that much worse.
