What Happened: Wait, hold up! Look, we know K-Fed isn't exactly the most legitimate or, let's face it, remotely credible celebrity to ever step through the curtain, but his brief run with WWE was a surprising success.

First appearing on a couple of Raws in October 2006, Federline got all up in the grill of then-WWE champ John Cena, eventually costing him a chance to bag the World Heavyweight Championship at Cyber Sunday soon after (man, celebs really hate John Cena, huh?).

K-Fed eventually challenged Cena to a match on the New Year's Day edition of Raw, which K-Fed actually won! Alright, so it was thanks to some heavy interference from Johnny Nitro and Umaga, and Cena would get his revenge by dropping K-Fed with two AA's later on, but the stats remain: Kevin Federline is undefeated in WWE.

Why It Worked: Put simply: Kevin Federline is a very, very easy man to dislike. When he first appeared on Raw (oh, he was promoting his album Playing With Fire, by the way. Anyone? No? Good), he was still in the midst of a very public and very messy split with Britney Spears, who still had enough steam left over from her all-conquering America's Sweetheart run to see Kevin painted by the media as a very bad man Indeed.

The fact that he hammed and swagged it up so shamelessly in the ring made him a natural, ferociously boo-able heel, which meant people were invested enough to see him get his comeuppance courtesy of Big Match John. Don't hate the player etc.
