10 WWE Celebrity Cameos That Actually Ruled

4. Seth Green

What Happened: With a CV that includes Buffy, Family Guy and Robot Chicken, Seth already had the credentials to make him a pretty cool dude to any wrestling fan that would describe themselves as a card-carrying nerd (right here).

Seth pulled no punches in his stint as Raw guest host in July 2009, not only booking that night's main event, but actually putting himself in the match as part of a three-man tag team alongside John Cena and Triple H.

This highlighted two key things: 1) that Seth was willing to get stuck in with the big boys, and 2) that none of us realised just how small the dude is. Seriously, it was like watch a child run around the ring. Absolute scenes.

Why It Worked: If the likes of Jackman and Rousey have gone over well in part because they're obviously pretty big wrestling fans, judging by the pure, unadulterated elation that ran through Seth from the second he stepped out onto the Raw ramp, the guy probably has a Shawn Michaels tattoo etched across his chest.

He was obviously stoked to be there, played his part just fine (see those aforementioned rules of guest hosting without being a massive dick) and was so over that the crowd were actually chanting to get him in the ring come the main event. Fair play, that guy!
