10 WWE Decisions That Were Great For About A Minute
8. The Undertaker Vs. Goldberg
Twenty years ago, if you'd have announced to the world that WWE's most loyal creation, The Undertaker, would be taking on WCW's wrecking ball, Goldberg, the press conference alone would have sold out an arena.
Fast forward to 2019 and lo and behold, we would finally be getting that dream match.
For a second, WWE thought they'd finally captured lightning in a bottle... it was just a shame that it would be coming to fruition on the most controversial show possible: Saudi Arabia's Super Showdown.
You know by now how tainted these blood money shows are in reality, but with that influx of dirty cash comes the enticing incentive of a mega payday for ageing icons.
Then - after getting over where this titanic clash would be taking place - the thought of how capable these old geezers actually were must have wandered into the forefront of McMahon's mind (as it had already done for most of the WWE Universe) but by then it was too late.
Fans were right to be apprehensive, as Goldie and 'Taker nearly (literally) killed each other in the ring and the match now sits as a black mark on both men's records.
