10 WWE Divas Who Benefited From Dating A Wrestler

7. Debra

Debra's entry into professional wrestling came first in WCW as the wife of announcer Steve €œMongo€ McMichael, whose induction into the late 90s variant of the Four Horsemen saw Debra mixing it on screen with the likes of Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Chris Benoit and Jeff Jarrett. She would go onto to join the WWF with Jarrett in 1998, after the pair left WCW off of the back of contract disputes and divorce proceedings between Debra and McMichael. Debra became the focal point of virtually all Jarrett's matches in 1999, due to her bulging bosom and the ravenous male youth in the crowd. When Jarrett quit the WWF and returned to WCW in late '99, Debra was on the verge of a relationship with top star Stone Cold Steve Austin, which led to the company retaining her services. She took up a pointless role as Mick Foley's deputy commissioner in 2000 until Austin was ready to return at which point she joined her husband as his valet, becoming a recurring feature of the invasion storyline in 2001, during which she tried to get people to eat some biscuits she had made before Kurt Angle told her they were s***. With all due respect to Ms Marshall, whom has since gone on to study to make a serious name of herself, during her stint in pro-wrestling, she made a habit of getting by due to a minimal amount of genuine talent, off of the back of a series of relationships that kept her in the WWF consciousness. Her marriage to Austin would end badly when he would- reportedly- beat her a time or two prior to their divorce in 2003.
