The Boss of NXT is walking, talking proof of the positive effects of WWE's restructured developmental system, and the Performance Center. When Banks first debuted, it was easy to see there was something a bit off. She seemed fairly unconfident both in the ring, and in her character. Now, under the careful training of Sara Del Rey, Sasha Banks has grown into one of the stand-outs among a roster of fantastic female wrestlers. Whether she's walking to the ring, talking trash or kicking butt, you believe in what she's doing. Her finisher, a backstabber where she keeps hold and rolls over into a crossface, is one of the best in WWE, regardless of gender. Hopefully we'll get a chance to see her on the main roster sooner rather than later.
