10 WWE "Divas" Who Missed The Revolution

5. Ivory

Ivory is legit. Wrestling since 1986, the former GLOW and POWW champion was a veteran even by the time she first reached WWE in 1999. Ever the clear case of a good heel - you may have hated her back in the day, but man do you appreciate her in retrospect. She came into WWE in a time where they simply didn’t give a damn about women’s wrestling, and still managed to leave an impact.

Comparable to Molly Holly’s run as the heel prude with no sex appeal, Ivory is most remembered for her Right To Censor character, where simply wanting to be seen as a wrestler rather than a model in a pool of jello makes you the villain of the story.

Ivory was signed with WWE until 2005, although had been absent from TV since December of 2003. It’s hard to imagine that one of the few women of the Attitude Era who could actually wrestle a match was left to fade into such obscurity, but also to be almost ignored in an era where Trish and Lita are constantly heralded as legends.
