Okay, this one is entered on something of a technicality. Triple H and Daniel Bryan have gone one-on-one twice according to the records, but this comes without context. The second match was on Monday Night RAW the night after WrestleMania XXX, and before Triple H was even in the ring Bryan had been assaulted by Randy Orton, Batista and Kane.

Once the bell was finally rung, the music of The Shield hit, the Hounds of Justice came down to the ring and the match was thrown out. For me, that ain't no match.

The one genuine match they did have was a true classic. It was the opening bout of WrestleMania XXX, and Bryan needed to win in order to find himself in the main event of the night. Of course, the leader of the Yes! Movement managed to do so, and would end the night holding up two championship belts as confetti fell around him.

The match between Triple H and Bryan was an eye-opener for a lot of fans when it came to Triple H. Sure, his politics have always led to questionable hand motions, but he has proven time and time again that he is a damn fine professional wrestler. This was his best match in years.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
