10 WWE Elimination Chamber Records That May Never Be Broken
5. Shortest Chamber Match
Going back to SummerSlam 2003, Goldberg’s quick-fire hat-trick of eliminations meant that the match would also claim another record; that of the shortest Elimination Chamber bout in history, with a total duration of just 19 minutes and 12 seconds.
Naturally, with Goldberg taking out half of the field in record time, it was pretty much impossible for this match to last upwards of half an hour as you'd expect. And logic dictates that having already established that Goldberg’s record - three eliminations in four minutes - is unlikely to be broken anytime soon, so too does this record of shortest-ever Chamber match look set to stand for a fair old while.
Not even that Intercontinental title train wreck was as abrupt as the instalment from SummerSlam 2003, showing you just how noteworthy its brevity was.
Much like that previous ‘record’, hopefully this is another that we won’t be broken anytime soon...
