10 WWE Elimination Chamber Records That May Never Be Broken
4. Heaviest Line-up
I’m not exactly sure what this record proves, other than the fact that the Undertaker can get a decent match out of an opponent of any shape or size.
At No Way Out 2008, ‘Taker was joined by the 300-pound Batista, the 350-pound Great Khali and the near 500-pounder Big Daddy V - as well as a couple of more average-sized guys in MVP and Finlay -to make for a cast of participants that tipped the scales at over 1,900 pounds in all. For a bit of context, the usual average in a Chamber match is closer to 1,400 pounds - a difference of two or three fully-grown adults.
For me, that certainly seemed like a notable stat and one that isn’t about to be eclipsed in a hurry.
Oh, and as you’ve probably guessed by now, we’re not including the field of participants from that Tag Team Championship match at the 2015 event. Featuring twice as many bodies than any other Chamber match in history doesn’t really feel like a fair comparison…
