6. Brock Lesnar
When Brock Lesnar signed his contract with the WWE, Vince probably had dollar signs in his eyes. Now, he probably has nightmares of those dollars being flushed down the toilet. Lesnars deal has not proven to be financially beneficial to the WWE; it has only put money in Lesnars pocket. He won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and ended the Undertakers undefeated winning streak at WrestleMania. The payoff shouldve been mutually beneficial, but it wasnt. Instead of using Lesnar during a time when the company was in dire need of big stars to keep ratings at an acceptable level, Lesnar has made very few appearances, and in the eyes of many fans, has diminished the value of the WWEWHC. Vince must surely be angry with Lesnar because Lesnars star power has not paid off. He must also be angry because Lesnars contract gives him so much power in selecting his appearances. Essentially, Brock having this much decision-making power must drive the micromanager that is Vince McMahon crazy. However, given the rise in prominence of part-time stars in recent years, what was Vince to expect? He is putting yesterdays money-makers ahead of the stars of tomorrow. Come to think of it, that sounds oddly familiar, doesnt it?
