10 WWE Gimmicks Worse Than The Stretcher Match

5. Boiler Room Brawl

It seems that Mick Foley has been involved in a number of poor gimmick matches over the years, with previous appearances on the list including the empty arena and pink slip on a pole matches. Here he is once again with one of his signature matches, the boiler room brawl. The match takes place in the boiler room of the arena, with the first superstar to escape the room being declared the winner. This match is not terrible for those watching on television, but a disaster for those in attendance. Imagine paying for a ticket and being forced to have the same view as those at home. That is exactly what happens during the boiler room brawl, as fans in attendance are forced to sit in their expensive seats and watch the contest on the big screen. Much like the empty arena match, the boiler room brawl eliminates the crowd and essentially forces fans in attendance to watch a live match on television.
