10 WWE Heels You Most Want To Punch In The Face

It's hard to believe that anyone in the wrestling industry actually benefited from the global shutdown and the no fans era. After all, a huge number of wrestlers and backstage personnel lost their jobs. But one performer who may have taken advantage of the empty Performance Center setting was Bayley. And she did it by getting way louder, way more shrill, and way more annoying.

When Bayley first turned heel in the autumn of 2019, there was a feeling that she wasn't quite finding the right tone for her new character. Yes, fans had been clamouring for her to refresh her "Hugger" gimmick and get a push worthy of her in-ring abilities, but for the first few months it felt clunky and forced. Remember "Life sucks, then you die"? But once WWE moved into the empty Performance Center, things changed. In a big silent room, Bayley turned the volume way up, began talking through matches and constantly heckling the announce team, and it all started to click in a big way. Her "ding-dong, hello" banter, constant cheating, and over-the-top arrogance was absolutely perfect in an awful way, and she was the best, and most annoying heel of 2020 by a mile.
