10 WWE In Saudi Arabia Moments That Were Actually Good
7. The Dirt Sheet Clean Up
In January 2020, The Miz and John Morrison teamed together for the first time in over a decade. The duo had previously been successful in the late 2000s, winning two tag team championships and hosting the popular web series, The Dirt Sheet. Just under a month after their reunion, the pair would be champions once more.
Miz and Morrison defeated The New Day for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships at Super ShowDown 2020. It was a really fun match, one of the best matches the company has ever put on in Saudi Arabia, and it ended when Miz rolled up Kofi Kingston for a sneaky pin. This victory made Miz and Morrison only the second team in history behind The Hardy Boyz to have won the World, WWE/Raw, and SmackDown tag straps.
The Dirt Sheet reuniting brought some fans a lot of joy (many argue Miz's original run in the team was his best work) and to see them return so successfully so quickly was even more joyous. It was hardly ground-breaking, but a good match and an actual meaningful title change is a minor miracle when it comes to Saudi shows.
