10 WWE Moments We Wish We Could Unsee

8. Viscera's Innovative Offence

Pity poor Nelson Frazier, the long-time performer of immense stature and limited talent, repackaged time and again with limited success. He debuted as community activist Mabel, then received an ill advised push which saw him win King Of The Ring, injure The Undertaker, and ruin SummerSlam '95.

For a while he worked well as Viscera, the leather clad meanie with the malevolent face that added to ‘Taker’s ministry. When that ran its course, he was off again, only to return in 2004 as The World’s Largest Love Machine.

As we’ll discuss, the hypersexual gimmick is one of WWE’s go-to options when they’re out of ideas, and Viscera pulled it off worse than most. The joke, you see, was that he was extremely overweight, but still felt inclined to badger the women on the roster for sex.

Unsurprisingly, this didn’t lead to another main event run, but it did give us the indelible image of Viscera, in the 2006 Royal Rumble, mounting a prone Matt Hardy from behind and subjecting him to what can only be described as a thorough humping. We’d certainly like to forget this one, though not as much as Matt Hardy.
