A lot is made about John Cena calling his shot against CM Punk in 2012 and then becoming the first person to unsuccessfully cash in his MITB briefcase, but hes not the first to give a champ a heads-up. In 2006, Rob Van Dam told Cena that he was going to cash in his briefcase from the second MITB match in history for the WWE Championship at ECW revival PPV One Night Stand.
