10 WWE NXT Main Roster Call-Ups That Must Happen In 2019

8. Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan

Undisputed Era
WWE

Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan initially filled a hole as a duo in NXT, but unfortunately now seem doomed to stay stuck in it as the expense of gimmick-heavy (read: worse) and more Sports Entertainment-ready (read: bigger) tandems on the brand.

That's not to say life will get much easier on the main roster, but it's possibly better to be floating amidst the many and getting well-compensated rather than shooting for a shot for sh*tty pay.

Burch and Lorcan can look to The Revival of how wrong it could go, but the horrific booking of Dash and Dawson may have just been a case of Vince McMahon getting something out of his system. He screamed at AJ Styles to be an "animal" on the Christmas Day edition of SmackDown Live - these rabid dogs could savage goobers like the B-Team given half a chance.

Heavy Machinery's call-up was as telling as Tucker Knight's participation in April's Greatest Royal Rumble. Given choices based on 8x10s or five seconds of footage, McMahon is still going to plum for giant lads - but he probably still likes his "ruthless aggression" too, and this trans-atlantic pair have got it to spare.
