7. Garrett Dylan
Time for another famous father moment, albeit one outside the wrestling realm.
Former NXT man Garrett Dylan is the son of singer Kris Kristofferson. He was also Scott Dawson/Dax Harwood’s original partner on the third brand, but no-one talks about Garrett in the same breath as future Revival/FTR member Dash Wilder/Cash Wheeler. Dylan was a solid nuts n' bolts wrestler, to be fair.
All of his work on NXT fell between the show's 2012 debut and his 2014 release. Whilst there was definitely some buzz surrounding this revamp from faux-reality show to developmental territory, most of the hype came when main roster WWE stars dipped a toe into what Full Sail had to offer.
In other words, guys like Damian Sandow stopping by grabbed more eyeballs than anything Garrett did. He was a goner by the time NXT blossomed into one of the hottest weekly shows in the biz. Bit of a shame Dylan missed out on all of that.
