10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (Dec 6)

1. Roman Reigns Being Pushed Too Hard

From @kevtastic84: Are you concerned Reigns will be forced down the fans throats as the top face too quickly and it will backfire?
I don't think so. Reigns has only been on the main roster for just over two years. It hasn't been a quick push for him. If they pushed him to the top in early 2014 then it would have been too soon, but he's developed well this year. That doesn't mean he's a finished product. He still deserves credit for improving because he has. Roman is not as good as Seth Rollins or Dean Ambrose in the ring or in terms of promos. We all know that. However, he's probably going to be the first Shield member to be the WWE Champion. Management likes him because he's got the look that management likes (he's a muscular dude) and they feel like he can develop into an all around talent because he's still pretty new in the wrestling business. While WWE doesn't want anybody to get hurt, these two months off have been good for him. He can heal up after working a lot the last two years. He's taking acting lessons to help him deliver better promos as well as take part in vignettes. Most importantly, he'll come back fresh as an ass kicking machine in late December and he'll be a favorite for the Royal Rumble match. Let's see how things play out before we rush to judgment. If he fails then they have other options. If he succeeds then WWE has another bankable star on their hands, which is really what they need.
