10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (Sept 20)

5. Managers Only Having One Client In Wrestling Today

From @c_gulyas: Why do today's managers only seem to be able to handle one client? Cesaro has taken a pretty good dive since leaving Paul Heyman.
That's a very good question that's hard for us to answer because it's one of those things that only people within WWE would know. Perhaps it is just their decision to have managers focusing on one wrestler as their client as a way to keep things simple. If you watched wrestling in the late 1980s during the Hogan era and into the 1990s then you probably remember all the great managers from that era. Guys like Bobby Heenan, Jimmy Hart, Freddie Blassie, Slick, Harvey Whippleman and others managed multiple guys. Heenan had the "Heenan Family" for a while. A lot of the time their clients would form tag teams or get involved in storylines. It's a great way to build stories. That's very true about Cesaro. They made a big deal about him getting Heyman as his manager, then that just ended when Lesnar came back and Cesaro was booked so inconsistently after that. Hopefully he can get back on track if he wins the US Title. He's too talented to not be featured more.
