10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (Feb 9)

AJ Styles risks falling into limbo, a statement which would sound absurd just a few weeks ago. As WWE Champion, he belonged in his rightful place at the top of the card, having been the promotion's best performer over the course of 2016. Now, however, he finds himself part of a large group of contenders on SmackDown, and - if rumours are to be believed - won't get a chance to regain his title at WrestleMania.

Other rumours suggest that Styles could find himself in a match with Shane McMahon in Orlando, an intriguing clash for sure, but one which should also be seen as a severe waste of AJ's talent on the biggest show of the year.

Another possibility could reveal itself this Sunday. Should Bray Wyatt win the title at Elimination Chamber and carry it into a WrestleMania feud with Randy Orton, both Cena and Styles will find themselves without an opponent. Although they consistently deliver brilliance together, I'm not too interested in seeing another rematch so soon.

Hopefully another option will make itself apparent, but AJ's future remains one of the biggest mysteries on SmackDown right now. Hopefully, whatever storylines lie ahead, they don't keep Styles too far from the main event scene. He clearly deserves to be a regular feature at the top of the card.
